Weekly Coaching Mon & Wed 3.30-4pm and Saturday 9am-9.30am

Red stage - Group 2
Weekly coaching Mon & Weds 4 - 4.45pm and Saturday 9.30am-10.15am
 

Orange stage - Group 3
Weekly coaching Mon & Weds 4.45-5.30pm and Saturday 10.15-11am
 

Green stage - Group 4
9-18 years old (Junior Interclub level)

Weekly coaching Mon & Weds 5.30-6.30pm and Saturday 10.15-11.00am (Sat Group 3 & 4 combine)
Please note the above age brackets are typical for regularly playing children. Groupings will be assigned to align with ability.

High Performance Coaching
Subject to demand we will be offering High Performance coaching for our Juniors who are wishing to play competitively.
This programme will be small groups of up to 4 Juniors to a Coach and targeting technique, over activities.
