The 60th Masterton Seniors Tournament was held on Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 December 2023

A record field of 118 players took part in the weekend's events overall, with 90 players contesting the Women's and Men's Doubles on Saturday and 78 competing in the Mixed Doubles on Sunday. The winners were as follows:

Thanks to cooler than usual but dry weather, 80 players were able to compete all day in the Men's and Women's Doubles on Saturday, and 66 players made good use of all 11 courts in the Mixed Doubles on a very sunny Sunday:

A total of 107 individuals played over the weekend as a whole,  75 of whom came from outside Wairarapa. Thank you for making the trip. We love hosting you here and want to thank you all for supporting the tournament over so many years.

Congratulations to our winners, and see you all again next year at our celebratory 60th Seniors Tennis Tournament in 2023!

 

 

Taranaki Exchange

Our top seniors went head-to-head with Taranaki Seniors on 8 October and, after 24 closely contested men's, women's and mixed doubles, managed to win back the trophy by 17-7. The weather was brilliant and all games were played in a great spirit.

 

 

 

Opening Day

15 October - 1.00-4.00 pm -  a fun event for all ages, with spot prizes, afternoon tea and sausage sizzle
