Welcome to Taupo Tennis Club
Introduction
New Zealand's crater lake town of Taupo which is situated in the volcanic and thermal Central Plateau Region, North Island New Zealand plays host to the Taupo Tennis Club.
Our club provides numerous opportunities for people to join in and play. Casual players are invited to many of our club events and new members are always welcome.
Midweek tennis is played every Tuesday and Thursday morning and Saturday afternoons.. Junior tennis is played on Saturday mornings. We invite all to come along and join us. It is free for members and $10 for each visitor.
Shield Tennis, played on a Wednesday evening, is competitive singles and doubles and is open to all club members. Those wishing to play need to register their interest at the beginning at each Shield 'season'. They will then be allocated into teams.
Coaching, both senior and junior, is offered all year round.
