About Us
Tennis Eastern was founded in January 2016 and in this time we are extremely proud of what we have achieved. We have a wonderful relationship with the National Governing body, Tennis New Zealand and we have been open and willing to try any new initiatives that they throw our way.
We have a proactive and dynamic committee (Click here to see who they are) who meet monthly to monitor and keep tennis progressing on the bay. Since our inception in 2016, we have seen steady growth in membership that has seen us grow from 1480 members to 2212 last season. Last season was a great result as we recorded a 20% growth across all our clubs.
