Junior Tournaments
Junior Tennis is very popular in the region and Tennis Eastern runs many junior tournaments that are suited to players of all abilities. All of our tournaments are what are called "Graded Events". What that means is that players are arranged into draws to play against players who are at a similar playing level to them. So there is absolutely no way that you will play against players that are too strong. This initiative has seen participation at our events grow steadily over the past three seasons.
Interclub events
There are also Junior Interclub events that take place during terms 4 & 1. Players have to be a member of one of our affiliated clubs to participate.
Interschool events
We have very popular Primary, Intermediate, and Secondary school events that take place on one day during the term.
In addition to this, there is a weekly secondary school competition that takes place in terms 4 & 1.
