 CLUB POLICIES.

• Membership entitles free court bookings when playing with other members only . 
• A member agrees when playing with a guest or guests . The guest must be named on the booking sheet at the time of booking. The guest fee must also be paid at the time of the court booking. This will be the responsibility of the member who invited their guests. The Visitor fee is $15 per court, per visit ( 2 hours of play ) . A member must be physically playing during the time of their guest/guests visiting to gain this $15 benefit. Visitors are not allowed to use other courts apart from the court that is booked. Any misuse of this rule will be taken seriously. 
• Parents whom are full members can book courts for their full paying child . Only full paying members aged 16 and over can book courts on their own without a parent. 
• Children can use courts until 5pm. After that, Adults will have priority unless the courts are available and have not been booked. 
• Hardcourt usage – 11 to 14 year olds can use the hard courts until 5pm on weekdays and before 12 noon on weekends. Children aged 10 and below to use Astro courts unless you are a Te Pai Park Junior Interclub Player. A Te Pai Park Junior  Interclub Player can use the hard courts until 5pm on weekdays and before 12 noon on weekends. Adult supervision required.
• Our club is a safe environment. Any misuse of our courts or abuse of players will not be tolerated and will be dealt with by our Management Committee. 
• Please ensure that there are no items on court that you would bring that would damage our courts. Eg. Strollers, bikes. 
• Proper tennis gear and shoes are required. 
• No ball machines on the hard courts please 
• Please note the season ends on the 31 July 2025 and then new membership fees apply. Therefore, current fees reflect this. 

Disciplinary Policy

3 Step Process

1.       A Committee representative will have a verbal discussion with the member. If unresolved, step two will take place. It is expected that most issues will be resolved in a verbal discussion. 

2.       A written email documenting the incident and the solution to be provided. If unresolved, step three will take place.

3.       A hearing will take place at the Club house between The Committee and the member and any support people. This may lead to a mutual solution, suspension or cancellation of membership. We will take all steps to ensure a transparent and fair process takes place. 

Court Fee Policy for Public Members 

Please ensure that all court fees are paid at the time of the booking and that you only use the court that you booked. It is not allowed to use any other courts apart from the one that you booked. Any misuse of the courts will be taken seriously.
