Senior Classes

  Senior Coaching  

(Please note, all Adult Classes are Casual Pay and Play. You can attend when and how often you like, and you only pay for what classes you attend. To join a class, please contact me and I’ll add you to the What’s App Group for it. The night before/morning of the class I will send a message out to the group, the first 8 responses who are keen to join get the spots).


Adult Learner Class:

  • When? Tuesday & Thursday  6:00-7:00 pm
  • Class Size: Max of 8
  • Cost: $15 a Class. Members get 15% off their invoice at the end of the Term.
  • Details:  Adult Learners is for people completely new to Tennis or are returning from a long time away from the sport. These lessons focus on the basic skills needed to be able to Serve/Rally/Play/and Score, with the goal of being able to play matches in your own time with friends after this. Every session also contains some Match Play, so people put the skills they are learning into practice.

Adult Improvers (Intermediate) Class:

  • When? Monday and Wednesday  7-8 pm
  • Class Size: Max of 8
  • Cost: $15 a Class. Members get 15% off their invoice at the end of the Term.
  • Details:  Adult Improvers is for people who have some solid skills already and are looking to push their Tennis to the next level. These classes are aimed at the standard club player. Individuals will learn core Tactical Skills such as Purposeful Hitting, Patterns of Play, and the ability to be able to set up a point. They will also brush up on their Technical Skills where a certain shot might be letting them down and causing errors. These sessions also contain some Match Play, so people put the skills they are learning into practice.

Adult Advanced Squad:

  • When? Mondays 6-7 pm
  • Class Size: Max of 8
  • Cost: $15 a Class. Members get 15% off their invoice at the end of the Term.
  • Details: These sessions are designed for a high-level club player who is competing and looking to improve their game even further. Each week has a set theme with lot of variety, so they are developing a wide skill set for when they play matches.

Some examples of themes we train in this class:

  • Developing your Serve (Slice/Flat/Kick), + Types of Return (Block, Drive, Chip + Charge)
  • Maintaining Depth in a Baseline Exchange
  • Doubles Formations (Including “I” Formation) and Positioning in a Doubles Rally

These sessions also contain some Match Play, so people put the skills they are learning into practice.
