SATURDAY JUNIOR COACHING
Juniors start back on Feb 3rd for the rest of our summer season with our last session on 23rd March.
If you have joined us for the season, don't forget to register online through Club Spark and pay your fees which are past due.

Wednesday nights
Please remember in this hotter weather to be sunsmart and hydrate well.
It is very important that people wanting to come along to Wednesday nights have been training with Lewis to the point they are ready to rally before coming along. Please contact Tony Waldegrave if you are unsure.
