Court bookings for members playing with members are FREE! 

As a member of the Taieri Tennis Club to use a tennis court you must first book your court online. For club-organised events (e.g. social tennis, coaching sessions) you do not need to book a court - the coordinators will unlock the gate. 

You can book a court up to 10 days in advance, or directly in the moment (subject to court availability). Court bookings are for a minimum of 60 minutes to a maximum of 3.5 hours, with 30-minute intervals. 

Upon booking you receive a code. Then simply enter the code into the smart lock (which is located on our main access gate at 10A Wickliffe St) at your time of booking to gain entry to the courts. You can enter the code a maximum of 10 minutes before your start time: e.g. you've booked court 3 for 1.5 hours, from 3:00pm to 4:30pm. Your unique code will unlock the gate from 2:50pm.

Inviting one or more non-members to play on your court?

You can pay in advance for non-members at the time of booking a court (by adding their names). If you forget, or invite any non-members after booking a court, all good! Upon arrival they can put their cash payment ($5/person/hour) in the cash box by court 2, just like in the good 'ole days. Thank you for your honesty and support!

DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING A COURT BOOKING:

1. Log into your ClubSpark account
Go to clubspark.kiwi/TaieriTennisClub, and click 'Sign In' in the top right corner. Then enter your username and password (same as when you purchased your membership).

To confirm you are logged in, check that your name appears in the top right corner once you have clicked enter.

2. Go to the Court Booking page
Click on 'Book A Court' in the navigation bar at the top.

3. Choose the court and timeslot you want
Find the day, timeslot, and court you would like to book and click the box for the start of the session. A box will then pop up giving you the options for end times for your session. Select what time you would like to finish playing, and click 'Book Now'. 

You will then see your booking details confirmed, and you will receive an email with your unique access code. 

You can view (and cancel) your upcoming court bookings in ClubSpark.  If you have booked a court but end up not being able to play, please cancel the booking as soon as you are able to as this frees up the court for someone else to book. Thanks!
