Each year, TMA plays competitive matches against Northland, Lower Northland, Hibiscus Coast, North Harbour, South Auckland, Counties and Waikato.  These fixtures are usually played on a Sunday, with the Auckland team made up of 8-12 men and  8-12 women.  Teams are selected so that players across a wide range of abilities can compete, with player rankings often ranging from the old  D2 to D8.  Matches usually run between 9:30am and about 3:30pm, with a break for lunch.  Dates for these fixtures in 2026 are

Thursday 19th March Hibiscus Coast, Home, Sunday 24th May Waikato Home,  7th June Lower Northland  Home,  28th June South Auckland Away, 5th July  North Harbour Away, 26th July  Counties, Away, 8th August Northland Away
