Summary of social media guidelines
Our social media is here to keep things positive, inclusive, and fun for everyone. When engaging with Waikanae Beach Tennis Club online, please:
- Be respectful - Treat everyone with respect - members, players, parents, coaches, officials, and other clubs.
- Keep it positive & appropriate - No abusive, derogatory, offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content.
- Protect privacy - Don’t share personal or confidential information (yours or others).
- No unauthorised promotion - No ads, business promotions, or ticket resales without approval.
- Support our community - Celebrate achievements and help create a welcoming environment.
We will remove comments or block users who don’t follow these guidelines.
For concerns or complaints, please contact the club directly we will be happy to respond and help. There is a complaints procedure outlined in our constitution.
