We wish to advise that WBTC’s Annual General Meeting will be held at 12 noon, Sunday 21 August 2022, at the club premises.

If you wish to join the committee, please contact Tony Fenwick before the meeting (email tony@tonyfenwick.co.nz, phone 021 550 423).  Work is already underway to allocate tasks and roles. 

Please note:  Relevant document links were included in the inital Notice of AGM sent to all members earlier this month.

All Club members are welcome and encouraged to attend.
