Tennis Club Champs

Tennis club champs for 2024 are back and will take place between 24th-28th of April with finals day on Sunday 28th commencing 9am.

The club championships are open to ALL MEMBERS so are open to squash players to participate.

Junior matches will take place in the afternoons and senior matches in the evenings.

Draws will be posted and emailed to players on Monday 22nd April and entries close 19th April 12pm.

Email Cameron @ cameron.haswell@gmail.com or text 02041752779 to enter. Please state the player name, event and any agreed doubles partner (or that you are in need of a partner) when entering.

Entries are $10 per junior and $20 for seniors. You may enter a maximum of 3 events. All players will be guaranteed a minimum 2 matches per event.

Junior Events Include:

• 10 & Under:  Mixed Singles
• 12 &Under: Girls Singles, Girls Doubles, Boys Doubles, Boys Singles
• 16 & Under: Girls Singles, Girls Doubles, Boys Doubles, Boys Singles,
• Mixed Doubles

Senior Events Include:

• Women's singles
• Men's Singles
• Women's Doubles
• Men's Doubles
• Mixed Doubles

If entries permit, senior singles will be graded based on average entrants' singles grades and abilities to make an open grade and division 1 singles.

Interclub Competitions

The Autumn interclub competition for senior squash has just concluded. 

The BBRC E/F women’s team came second in their Division and the Women’s C/D team came 6th.

The BBRC Men’s 1 team came 5th overall, the BBRC Men’s 2 Team (Tuesday Nighters) came 6th and the BBRC Men’s 3 team came 4th.   

The Autumn Masters Interclub squash competition continues to run until late May.  The Winter round of senior squash interclub commences on 29/30 April.
