When Making Bookings

- Please ensure that you enter ALL players' names that you are playing with and their membership status. We will be checking this so please ensure that you do so.

- Bookings are limited to a maximum of one and a half hours.

- Back-to-back court bookings with the same participants are not allowed (e.g. John plays with Sam from 7-8 pm, then Sam plays with John from 8-9 pm). However, if the court is not booked, players are more than welcome to continue playing past their booking time.

- Members may have one booking per day with two active bookings in the bookings system at one time.

- Ensure that $10 is placed in the honesty box or sent to the club's bank account (03-0180-0004331-000, please put "your name" and "visitors fee" in the reference) for each non-member playing with your group (if applicable).

- If a member brings a non-member to the club they are responsible for the payment of this fee.

- If you are playing at night please ensure that all lights are turned off before you leave the club. The light controls are in the lower clubhouse on the back wall.
