The Opening Day tournament on Saturday involved a lot of good tennis with the George Morris Memorial Trophy being awarded to Liza Crotty and Will Lamb.  Will has won this trophy now four times.  

The AGM followed the tournament.  Your new committee consists of

It is great to again have a strong committee for the next year.  We welcome Adam Horan as a new committee member.

General Business:

It is with great pleasure that we would like to announce that John Lyness has been made a Life Member of the club in recognition of this long service to the club.  

The proposed subscription increase and the abolition of the $2 fee for social tennis was passed unanimously.

The new constitition was adopted.

Our new Patron, Trevor Scott was appointed.  We are very pleased to have Trevor take over this role, after the passing of Jill Blennerhassett.  Trevor is a strong supporter of the club and is already a life member.
