Welcome to Beckenham Tennis Club, a friendly local club located at Beckenham Park on Norwood Street, Beckenham, Christchurch.

New members welcome!

Beckenham offers competitive and social play to both adult and junior players. There is a comprehensive coaching programme for juniors.

Adult social tennis club session is on every Saturday afternoon from 1pm, and, during summer, Thursdays from 5.30 pm.  Come along and play!

We also participate in the Canterbury Tennis Interclub competition, for our members that like a real challenge.

Twilight Tennis

Twilight tennis will resume Thursday 3rd October 2024 with the return of daylight savings.

Feedback on the roster system employed this year welcomed.

Cardio Tennis

Social fun drills and games to music for senior players. All abilities and non-members are welcome to join.

6.30 - 7.30 pm every Monday night during daylight savings. $10 per person.

Centenary Celebrations

Beckenham Tennis Club was 100 years in 2023. Events were held in September 2023. A taste of some of the archived material is posted on our Centenary page.
