All members from 2025/26 should have received an email in late August, inviting them to activate their account in our new member management system. If you did not activate your new account through that email, the link would have expired. You may be trying to login to your profile but keep going around in circles. This means you need a new link.

MEMBERSHIP FEES 2026/27
We have moved to a new member management and court booking system, called Hello Club. The implementation of this new system coincided with the 2026/27 membership year.
This has replaced our previous court booking system and membership registration forms.
Through Hello Club, you will be able to:
- Renew and pay for your membership or any other outstanding fees
- View past transactions and download invoices and receipts
- Make online bookings and sign up to club events
You should have received an email with instructions on how to setup your account for Hello Club.
