MEMBERSHIP FEES 2026/27
We have an exciting development coming up at the club – we are moving to a new member management and court booking system, called Hello Club. The implementation of this new system will coincide with the 2026/27 membership year.
Hello Club, will be going live on Wednesday 26 August. This will replace our existing booking system and registration forms.
Through Hello Club, you will be able to:
- Renew and pay for your membership or any other outstanding fees
- View past transactions and download invoices and receipts
- Make online bookings and sign up to club events
You will receive an email with instructions on how to setup your account for Hello Club prior to the changeover day (26 August). This will be sent to the email address we currently have on file for you.
If you have changed your email address recently, or if you don’t receive an email by Wednesday 26 August, please contact our Club Administrator at admin@northcotetennis.com, to update these details.
You are welcome to make payment for your 2026/27 membership, to the club bank account, at any time from now and prior to Hello Club going live. Please use your surname as a reference. The club account details are Northcote Lawn Tennis Club 12-3053-0458246-00.
With regard to court bookings, all bookings made with the current booking system will be valid until Tuesday 25 August, so you can keep using it normally up until and including Tuesday next week.
Any new bookings that you make starting from Wednesday 26 August onward will have to be made using the new booking system. The old booking system will be disabled and any bookings made there from next Wednesday onwards will not be valid.
