IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING PAYMENT OF MEMBERSHIP FEES:
The fees listed below include a credit/debit card and transaction fee of 3.7%.
To avoid paying these fees, please pay by online banking OR by cash / eftpos at the club. Payment instructions are below.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
1. Paying by credit/debit card - payment is made at the end of the registration process. This includes a credit/debit card and transaction fee of 3.7%. For example, for a Senior Adult Membership, the total fee becomes $425.00, instead of $410.00.
2. Paying by online banking - at the end of the registration process, in the payment section, select 'Other payment' option. Then deposit the funds into the club's bank account: Northcote Lawn Tennis Club 12-3053-0458246-00. Use your surname and 'membership' as the reference. Allow up to 3 working days for payment to show on your membership.
3. Paying by cash or eftpos at the club - at the end of the registration process, in the payment section, select 'Other payment' option. Then contact Kath, the Club Administrator, to arrange to make payment at the club. Email - admin@northcotetennis.com or phone 0204218178.
Please note, a membership becomes active once payment has been received.

START DATE: MONDAY 2 FEBRUARY. This session is designed for beginners who are eager to learn the basics of tennis. Fee $160.00 / If paid by Credit Card $165.00.
Eligibility: For children aged 4-5 years old who are new to tennis.
2Beginners Programme - MONDAY 4.00pm 6-8 Years Old

7Beginners Programme - SATURDAY 8.30am All ages
31/01/2026- 28/03/2026
START DATE: SATURDAY 31 JANUARY. Each age group: 4-5 years old; 6-8 years old; 8+ years old will be coached separately. Designed for beginners and players eager to develop their tennis skills. Fee $160.00 / If paid by Credit Card $165.00.
Eligibility: For children aged 4-6 years old; 6-8 years old; 8+ years old.
Club Gate/Door tag

A gate/door tag is made available to paid members to provide access to the clubhouse.
Eligibility: Only available to fully paid Senior club members.
Interclub Fees 2025/26

For players registered in Northcote interclub teams. The fee is $60.00 per person, per interclub team. The fee has been pre-loaded for each player based on Interclub registrations.
Eligibility: Fully paid Senior members who have registered to play interclub.
Junior Membership 2025/26

Includes access to the courts & Clubhouse, inclusion in Interclub teams, club events & Club Champs, plus team coaching of one session per week for 8 weeks prior to Christmas and for 8 weeks from February 2026. Fee $380.00 / Credit Card $394.00.
Eligibility: For players up to 18 years old.
Senior Adult Membership 2025/26

Includes access to court bookings, the clubhouse, Club Day sessions, as well as registration in Interclub teams, club events and Club Champs. Fee $790.00 / Credit Card $819.00. Interclub fees are charged separately.
Eligibility: This membership is available to married or de facto couples living at the same address. Proof of shared address may be required to register for this membership.

Senior Tertiary Student Membership 2025/26

Includes access to court bookings, the clubhouse, Club Day sessions, as well as registration in Interclub teams, club events and Club Champs. Fee $190.00 / Credit Card $197.00. Interclub fees are charged separately.
Eligibility: Full time tertiary student under the age of 25 years. Approval for this membership will be provided on receipt of a copy of a current Student ID. Contact the Club Administrator for approval by emailing admin@northcotetennis.com.
Senior Weekday Membership 2025/26

Includes access to court bookings and the clubhouse during weekdays, Monday to Friday between 9.30am-2.30pm. Interclub registration is not available with this membership. Fee $190.00 / Credit Card $197.00.
