Ready to learn tennis from scratch? First Tournament Academy is a 12-week beginner programme designed to take you from complete beginner to confidently playing your first friendly tournament.
Our experienced coaches will teach you the fundamentals of tennis, including stroke technique, footwork, serving, scoring and basic tactics, in a fun and supportive environment. Throughout the course, you’ll build confidence through weekly coaching sessions and match play practice.
The programme finishes with a friendly tournament, giving you the chance to experience real match play, celebrate your progress and achieve your first tennis milestone.
