Join us for an engaging and informative high performance workshop designed to help tennis players better understand how athletes prepare both physically and mentally for competition.
This workshop will explore key areas of tennis performance including:
• Physical preparation and effective warm-up routines
• Mental performance strategies including focus, confidence, emotional control, and managing pressure
• Nutrition and hydration for optimal tennis performance
• Guided visualisation and focus exercises
Players will gain practical knowledge and performance strategies that can be applied both during training and in match play.
Suitable for competitive and developing players wanting to improve their overall performance both on and off the court.
