We’d like to let you know that Insight EDS who manage our BAC system, will be performing a software upgrade on the tennis server on Tuesday morning (2nd September 2025), starting between 8:45–9:00 AM.

The upgrade is expected to be completed by 10:30 AM, but may extend to 12:00 PM if any issues arise. During this time, there may be a brief impact on bookings—particularly those made shortly before play.

The upgrade will be completed in three stages:

• Stage 1: Approximately 10 minutes
• Stages 2 & 3: Approximately 5 minutes each

If all goes smoothly, the upgrade should be unnoticeable to users. Following a successful update, Insight EDS plans to migrate the server to a new machine on Tuesday the following week.
