When you arrive

Accessing the venue is easy with our smart padlock!

1. Once you have made your booking, note your PIN code or access this code via your email confirmation. 
2. At your booking time, go to the court gate with the Smart padlock (by the picnic tables)
3. Press any button on the lock to wake up the padlock, then enter your code followed by the unlock button. 
4. The padlock will beep, pull out the shackle to disengage the lock 
5. Enter the court then lock the padlock and gate behind you, so only people with bookings can access the courts. Your code will be active for your entire booking so you can come and go as needed.
6. When finished, ensure the gate is chained and the Smart padlock is locked (all gates must be closed securely). (Firmly replace the shackle into position the padlock will bleep indicating it has locked)
