Wairarapa Tennis is governed by a four-member Board, which provides oversight and direction for the Association.

Operational Committee
The wider Operational Committee supports the delivery of Wairarapa Tennis activities and includes the four Board members above, together with:
- Matt Spooner
- Jill Day
- Neil Preston
- Jacob Emery
- Ed Wilkie
Jacob Emery participates as a member of the Operational Committee but does not hold voting rights. This arrangement was requested by Jacob in 2023 and has been supported and reaffirmed by the committee each season since.
