This season we are excited to be able to offer a range of coaching and class options for adults.

Cardio Tennis - 45 mins

A fun, social, group tennis-fitness programme for all ages and abilities - even non-tennis players!  Cardio Tennis combines fitness, music, and a variety of equipment to deliver the ultimate workout all whilst improving your tennis!  Women can burn up to 500 calories and men up to 800 in a 60-minute session!

Tennis Express - 45 mins

Learn tennis the easy way with this adult beginner programme.  It's sociable and fun, teaching you the basics of the game.  The aim is to get you playing the game quickly by using lower pressure balls, flexible court sizes, simple scoring and simple technical teaching, all which promote a successful learning environment where you gain confidence, skills, and have fun as you serve, rally and score.  This coaching course will teach you the tactical and technical fundamentals of tennis so that you can confidently play tennis with friends, family, your children, or other people you meet on the course.

Drills and Skills - 45 mins

A class for adults who have been playing/previously played tennis and already know the basics.  A combination of technical development as well as lots of match play based drills.

 

Adult Beginners class - 45 mins

New to tennis, this is for you.

 

Social Adults Class - 45 mins

 

This is for players who have played tennis previously and are looking for a session that includes lots of rally based games and match play situations. Coaching will focus on doubles tactics, court positioning and all things to make you the best midweek player you can be! 

Rackets can be provided for use. 

 

All adult classes will be held on a Monday or Tuesday at a cost of  $160 per term (8 sessions)
