Since 1928, Pt Chev Tennis Club has been a welcoming, family-friendly club located in the heart of Pt Chevalier. We offer a range of tennis opportunities to suit all ages and playing levels.

There’s something for everyone!

With approximately 200 senior and 150 junior members, a team of experienced coaches, and six floodlit courts, we have plenty to offer, including: 

• Weekly Club Night for senior members every Wednesday 7pm-late and Sunday afternoon 2-4pm
• Midweek Ladies tennis every Wednesday morning from 9am–12pm
• Auckland Vets tennis every Thursday morning from 9am–12pm
• FREE Junior Club Coaching for members during Terms 1 and 4
• A range of competitive interclub teams and internal club tournaments
• Cardio Tennis sessions every Friday morning at 7:30am
• Private and group coaching available

Facilities

Along with our six flood-lit courts, we also have a rebound board for players wanting to practise their shots and work on their game solo.

Our clubhouse has everything you need to make the most of your time at the club.

Downstairs, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and a table tennis table. The TESE Pro Shop is also located here, offering racquet stringing and a range of tennis equipment.

Upstairs, our clubrooms feature a licensed bar, kitchenette, spacious balcony overlooking the courts and a dance floor.

The bar is open Wednesday and Friday evenings, as well as Saturday and Sunday afternoons during the summer season.
