Court Booking & Etiquette

• Courts must be used within 10 minutes of the booking start time or the booking will be forfeited.
• If you no longer need your booking, please cancel it as soon as possible as a courtesy to other members.
• Court etiquette and Club rules apply at all times.
• Please be considerate of our neighbours, as the club is located in a residential area. Excessive noise and use of court lights after 6pm on Sundays are not permitted under our resource consent.
• Players under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Senior members have priority court time from 6pm, Monday–Friday.

Visitors

Visitors are very welcome at Pt Chev Tennis Club! If you have friends or whānau who would like to come and play, they’re welcome to join you for a session.

A $10 visitor fee per person, per session applies. Please make sure the visitor fee is paid for each visitor before they play.

If playing with a member: The member can book the court for the group, but each visitor must still pay the $10 visitor fee.

If not playing with a member: Visitors can book and pay for a court directly through our website.

Visitors can play up to three times before we ask them to join the club. If they’re enjoying their tennis, we’d love to welcome them as a member!
