Spring is here and it is time for the next edition of our Wednesday night social tennis competition. We hope you all enjoyed your winter activities and have perhaps even got in some tennis practice over the cold months.

The next round of the competition will start on Wednesday 30 October and will finish on 11 December, with play starting promptly at 6 pm.

Matt Ecroyd from Bayleys Real Estate will again be sponsoring the competition, with prizes for the winning teams. There will also be spot prizes on competition nights, which will add to the fun.

As usual, there will be an A grade and a B grade competition, with 6 mixed teams in the A grade and 8 mixed teams in the B grade. 

If you want to compete in the A grade, please send your name and phone number to wanakatennis@gmail.com for Jules to allocate players to teams. The aim is to have competitive teams across the board.

As always, play will be followed by some socialising and dinner. Each week, two teams will be responsible for the preparation of the food.
