Wanaka Tennis Club

Wanaka Tennis Club is a thriving, friendly, well established tennis club. There are 7 courts - 5 synthetic grass courts and  2 hard courts. 2 courts are floodlit for social play and one for tournament play. Please make sure to wear tennis shoes with appropriate soles rather than running shoes or indoor court shoes to avoid slipping. There are also water hoses on courst 1, 2 and 5 to water the courts as they can be slippery in hot and dry weather.

There are a variety of membership options - please refer to the membership tab above. Being a full member will allow full access to the courts and facilities. However you do need to book a court using the booking section of this website. 

Social sessions are on Monday & Friday mornings from 10am to noon (winter times) 9am to noon (summer times) and Saturday afternoons 1pm to 4pm. Everyone welcome ($10 for non-members). No booking required - just turn up and sign in.  See our 'Social  tennis' tab above for more information.

Mens Tennis - Tuesday evenings 6pm to 8pm & Thursday afternoons from 3pm. Everyone welcome ($10 non-members)

Courts can be booked for $25 per court for non members for 1hr of play.  Please see booking tab above.

Members can bring guests for $5 per hour booked.
