Pickleball

Organised sessions will finish on Tuesday 16th December and recommenced late January - date to be confirmed.  If you wish to continue to play during the Christmas break please contact our Administrator for costs and access.

Pickleball, a rapidly growing sport, combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping pong, played on a smaller court with a paddle and a perforated plastic ball. It's known for its accessibility to players of all ages and skill levels, offering a dynamic and engaging experience. Whether enjoyed recreationally or competitively, pickleball provides a unique blend of strategy, agility, and social interaction, making it a popular choice for enthusiasts seeking an active and enjoyable pastime.

Burnside Park Tennis Club currently has four pickleball courts (on Court 7).  We have to semi permanent nets which are available outside of the organised sessions below.

Senior Social Tuesdays 9.30 am - 11.00 am
                                        7.00  pm -  9.00 pm (under lights)

Senior Social Thursdays 9.30 am - 11.00am

If its wet or too windy sessions will be cancelled

Cost is free for full members.  All other members and non-members the cost is $5 per session. This can be banked directly to our bank account below or by stripe on the day.

We also offer a 10 session card for $45 (plus any applicable fees if paying by stripe)
