Before making a court booking, please take note of the following:

• Tennis attire must be worn, including non marking shoes, while on the courts
• Tennis etiquette to be followed
• No chewing gum or food on courts
• You are responsible for behaviour of any spectators
• Please ensure the gate is closed securely at all times. We expect all members and casual players to book a court and use the proper acces method - Please do  not allow open the gates for others to enter the courts.
• Coaching courts take priority over private play bookings. If coaching hard courts are wet then the coach has the authority to move to the asto courts. In this event every effort will be made to contact you prior to your booking time.
• You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the start of the session but please note that there are no refunds offered in the event of wet weather.
