At Waihopai Tennis Club, we’re excited to open our doors for private functions. Whether you’re planning a birthday bash, a team-building session, or a special celebration, our intimate club provides the perfect setting. Here’s what you need to know:

    • Outdoor Court: Enjoy the fresh air and sunshine on our outdoor courts. Ideal for casual events, picnics, and friendly matches.

    • Seating: We have plenty of seating available.
    • Equipment: Rackets, old balls and Pickleball
    • Refreshments: Bring your own snacks or make use of our BBQ and kitchen facilities

  3. Booking Process:

    • Step 1: Fill out our Booking Request Form (linked below) with event details.
    • Step 2: Our friendly committee will review your request and respond promptly.
    • Step 3: Once confirmed, we’ll reserve the court for your function.
