VENUE

Masterton Tennis Centre,

147 Dixon Street, Masterton.

GRADES

• Entry is open to all players of all ages.
• Players will be grouped into divisions based on WTN rankings.
• The divisions may be mixed gender at the discretion of the Tournament Director.
• Entry numbers will be capped at 48, and additional entries will be waitlisted.

ENTRY FEES

$50 per tournament. Players who enter all four tournaments by 1 August will receive a full refund of their fourth tournament entry fee after the final event via Paypal.

⟶ Entry fee must be paid before the tournament to confirm entry in draw. If payment isn’t received, enteries on the waitlist will take priority.

MATCHES

Singles - All players are guaranteed at least 2 singles matches per tournament, weather permitting.

ENTRY DEADLINE

Entries must be submitted via Tournament Planner no later than 11:59pm on the Thursday prior to the event.

DRAWS

Draws and match schedule will be published on the tournament software website. These will be available from approx 6pm the night before the event.

Refer to the “Matches” tab for match start times.

MATCH FORMAT

Best of 3 TB Sets to 4 (with a margin of 2 games).

PLEASE NOTE: The size and the type of draw used will be at the discretion of the tournament officials. If the draw numbers allow, tournament officials may increase the length of the matches to 3TB sets to 6. This change would be made clear to players in the draw before the matches start.

RESULTS

- All results will be recorded against the players WTN

START TIME

Please refer to the draw for your start time. All players must report to the tournament desk 30 minutes prior to their scheduled match time.

LEAVING THE VENUE

Players are not to leave the Masterton Tennis Centre unless cleared with the Tournament Controller.

OFFICIAL BALL

Dunlop AO, ATP and Green stage balls will be used at tournament officials discretion.

SURFACE - 8 x Astro turf, 3 x hardcourt.

SEEDING

Seeding for all divisions will be based on players WTN.

CANCELLATIONS:

This event maybe postponed or cancelled due to weather or natural disaster. Please refer to the tournament software for all updates. $10 admin fee will be deducted from refunds.
