Integrity
Health, safety, and well-being for all participants in tennis
Hutt Valley Tennis aims to provide a safe tennis environment for all participants. This is achieved through holding forums and providing information to our nine clubs so that potential risks are understood and scenarios are worked through to protect tennis players from any form of harm.
Tennis NZ has created safeguarding resources to simplify and bring to life the procedural obligations of affiliated clubs. This relates to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.
