The Management Committee meets 11 times over the year at 7pm on the first Tuesday of each month (except January).

Office Bearers and Committee members are elected at the AGM, however there are many other valuable duties performed by members not on the management committee. Key club contacts are:

The Committee also often co-opts members into helping out various operating activities for the club. A list of roles and responsibilities is linked below and displayed on the Club noticeboard if any members are interested in either joining the Committee or fulfilling one of the vacant roles.

The club has a constitution as required under the Incorporated Societies Act which governs operational procedures;  a lease with Wellington City Council that has specific requirements on use of the land; a resource consent for use of lights and is looking to establish a Vision, Purpose and Values statement for the club.
