End of Term 4 Coaching & Catch-Up Sessions 🎾

Just a quick update to let you know that all regular coaching for Term 4 has now finished, including Friday Club Day.

However, we are running a small number of catch-up sessions next week for players who have missed coaching due to weather or other reasons.

Catch-Up Sessions

Monday 1 December

• Active Tennis – Intermediate & Beginner (Adults)
  Monday night Active will run as a catch-up session.

• Girls Interclub & Academy
  Monday 5.00–6.00pm

Wednesday 3rd & Thursday 4th Dec – Hot Shots (Juniors)

• 4.00–4.45pm – Hot Shots

• 4.45–5.30pm – Hot Shots

👉 Hot Shots families:
If your child missed sessions earlier in the term and would like to attend on Wednesday or Thursday as a make-up session, please email us to confirm which day and time you’d like to come so we can plan groups and courts.

1. Hot Shots (Red, Orange, Green) – Extra Sessions 24–28 November

Next week – Monday 24 to Friday 28 November – is the last week of coaching for our Hot Shots groups.

Because it’s been such a disrupted term with weather and illness, we’re offering Hot Shots players the chance to join extra sessions during this final week. You’re welcome to bring your child to any additional session(s) that match their ball colour:

Hot Shots Red

• Monday: 4.00 – 4.45 pm

• Wednesday: 4.00 – 4.45 pm

• Thursday: 4.00 – 4.45 pm

• Friday: 4.00 – 4.45 pm

Hot Shots Orange

• Monday: 4.45 – 5.30 pm

• Wednesday: 4.45 – 5.30 pm

• Thursday: 4.45 – 5.30 pm

• Friday: 4.45 – 5.30 pm

Hot Shots Green

• Welcome to join our Tuesday Academy: 5.15 – 6.15 pm

If your child plans to come to extra sessions, it’s helpful (but not essential) if you can email me their name, ball colour, and which day(s) you’re aiming for, so I have a rough idea of numbers.

2. Teen Girls Academy & Interclub Squads – Extended to 1 December

For our Teen Girls Academy and Interclub training groups, we’re adding one extra week of coaching to help make up for the weather disruptions.

• The final coaching session for these groups will now be on Monday 1 December.

• Coaching will continue at your usual day and time up until that date.

Thank you for sticking with it through a very stop–start term – the girls have been awesome.

3. Active Tennis – Final Session & 4-Pass Reminder

For our Active Tennis players:

• The last Active Tennis session for this block will be on Monday 8 December, at the usual time.

• A reminder that you’ll need to use any remaining sessions on your 4-pass by this date, unless we’ve already agreed something different.

If you’re unsure how many sessions you have left, or don’t think you’ll be able to use them all by 8 December, just flick me an email and we can chat through options.

It’s been a really tough term with the weather, and I genuinely appreciate everyone’s flexibility and support. We’re doing our best to make sure every player gets as much court time and coaching as possible.
