HOT SHOT JUNIOR PROGRAMMES:
Red Stage 5 - 8 years:   Beginner and Intermediate
Orange Stage 8 - 10 years:  Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced

A fun, relaxed class designed for beginners and those returning to tennis after a break.  Whether your'e picking up a racquet for the first time of haven't played in years, this swession focuses on the basics, all at a comfortable pace.  The emphasis is on building confidence, improving fitness and enjoying the game in a supportive, social environment.

SKILLS AND DRILLS: Fine tune your fundementals

• A focused training session for players looking to sharpen technique and consistency.
• Designed to help players groove their shots and build overall court confidence
• Structured drills emphasising repitition, footwork and stroke development
• Ideal for tennis players wanting to fine tune fundementals before stepping into match play

  • Starter Tennis: Age 4-8 years grouped by age, little or no experience needed.
    This programme is a fun and exciting way for children to learn the basic motor skills and stroke production needed to play.
  • Little Pro's: Age 8-12 years grouped by ability. This is for the child that has a year or so of experience at tennis. Designed to teach core skills, movement and stoke technique in a fun way.
  • Future Pro's: Age 12-16 grouped by Ability. A programme for those that have had a few years experience or could be late starters. Will be put in groups that suit.
  • High Performance: These squads are for those players that are senior interclub level or are playing at a National age group level. (Invite only)
  • Individual and Group Sessions also available

  • Tender Tennis: This is a fun way for you with little or no experience to kick start your game and get a gentle workout at the same time.
  • Ezy Tennis: This class is for you that have played a while and have the basic skills, focus is on you getting a workout and hitting maximum number of balls.
  • Fit Tennis: Designed for the interclub level player wanting to lift the level of their game.
  • Individual and Group Sessions also available
