Tennis NZ's annual Love Tennis event sees tennis clubs around the country open their doors and courts for members of their community to come along and give tennis a go...for FREE!!

With activities for all ages including coaching sessions and court play, mini games, giveaways, BBQ’s and much much more, there’s so many reasons to come along and give tennis a go!

Whether you’ve played in the past, or have never picked up a racquet – Love Tennis is for you.

KAITAIA TENNIS AND SQUASH CLUB    

Location: Matthews Avenue, Kaitaia

A family oriented Tennis and Squash Club. We have regular playing days and nights throughout the year. We are the 'top' club in NZ so come and join us!!

KAMO TENNIS CLUB    

Location: 15 Three Mile Bush Road, Te Kamo, Whangārei 0112

Pick up your racquet and join us for a hit. We welcome all new and existing players. Come along, introduce yourself and join in!

KERIKERI TENNIS CLUB    

Location: 8 Harmony Lane, Waipapa, Kerikeri, 0295

Kerikeri Tennis Club is one of the longest established clubs in NZ, and the largest club north of Auckland. 8 courts, of which 5 have lights. Both Astroturf and plexipave (hard court). Tennis coach and pro shop on site. Not only that but we offer 8 Pickleball Courts and a resident Pickleball coach, who will also be showcasing the sport on the day! Come and check us out!

Mairtown Tennis Club is situated in the heart of Whangarei. We pride ourselves on our hospitality; friendliness and quality of coaching which we have on offer to all ages and abilities. MANGAWHAI TENNIS CLUB  
Location: 75 Moir Street, Mangawhai

Mangawhai Tennis Club has 6 all weather astro turf courts, with floodlight facilities for members. It is located at the Mangawhai Domain at 75 Moir Street, Mangawhai. We have organised social games of doubles for our members to enjoy. We are a passionate and social club which welcomes players with different levels of ability.

WHANGAREI VETERANS

Location: Thomas Neale Tennis Centre, 42-56 Winger Crescent, Te Kamo, Whangārei

The Whangarei Vets Tennis Club is a very friendly group meeting Tuesdays and Fridays at 8.30 am, we stop for a cuppa and friendly banter before we organise games for those players who want a more challenging game. If you have played tennis earlier in life and think you would like to get out in the fresh air and try your hand again at tennis then Whangarei Vets is the club for you.
