Notice is hereby given to the members of Tennis Northland Incorporated that a Special General Meeting of Tennis Northland will be held at Thomas Neale Family Memorial Park from 5.00 pm on Sunday 23 February 2025.

Introductions and Administration:

• Welcome and opening of meeting.
• Roll Call.
• Recording of Apologies.
• Confirmation of a quorum.

Confirmation of Voting Delegates:

• Each club to confirm its voting delegate.

Presentation:

• The Tennis Northland Chairperson and Tennis Northland General Manager will speak to the motion to adopt the new Tennis Northland Incorporated Constitution circulated with the agenda on 23 January 2025.

Adoption of the 2025 Tennis Northland Constitution:

• The Management Committee of Tennis Northland Incorporated proposes the following motion: “That the existing constitution of Tennis Northland Incorporated be deleted and replaced with the constitution attached to this motion, to take effect from 1 March 2025 or the date the Registrar of Incorporated Societies registers it, whichever is the later.”
