Kia ora koutou

I am excited to be joining Tennis Northland and aid in supporting the sport across Te Tai Tokerau.

My Wife and I have returned to the North since we moved from here sixteen years ago to Christchurch and then Hamilton.    

I have a background in the venues and events industry across Aotearoa. I am excited to return to sporting organisations were I started my career.

When we previously lived in Whangarei I worked for the Whangarei District Council managing Forum North and large community events, including the Endless Summer Festival and Christmas in the Park event for the District Council.

I also manage my own event and conference management company (TWZL events) for the past 7 years which will keep me entertained outside of my part-time Tennis Northland role.

Some of my fondest sporting memories when I was a "young fella" come from my time playing senior reserve club tennis in Central Otago travelling around the region to play in exotic locations like Ranfurly, Alexandra, Clyde and Omakau!

I am really looking forward to being involved with the Tennis Community in Northland and aiding in growing Tennis in the region.
