Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Tennis Northland Incorporated 

In accordance with the Tennis Northland Constitution, notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Tennis Northland Incorporated will be held as follows: 

• Date: Sunday 6 September 2026 
• Time: 1:00pm 
• Location: Thomas Neale Family Memorial Park, 42-56 Winger Crescent, Te Kamo, Whangārei 0112 
• Format: In person or via online video link (details to be provided to registered attendees)

Agenda Items Will Include:

1. Approval of minutes of the previous AGM held 31 August 2025

Presentation of:

• Annual Report for the 2025/2026 financial year
• Reviewed Annual Financial Statements & Reviewer’s report for the 2025/2026 financial year

1. Election of Elected Board Members (1 position)
2. Appointment of the Members’ Representative on the Board Appointments Panel (BAP)
3. Appointment of the Patron
4. Approval of the Tennis Northland Membership Fee for 2026/2027
5. Appointment of Reviewer for the 2026/2027 Financial Year
6. Appointment of any Life Members (if proposed)
7. Any other general business properly submitted

Board Positions

As part of Tennis Northland’s governance structure, 1 Elected position and 2 Appointed positions are vacant at this AGM and to be filled following the processes set out in the Constitution.

Terms of office will be staggered based on the transition table.

Submission Deadlines

• Items of business (motions/resolutions): must be submitted by 7th August 2026
• Nominations for Elected & Appointed Board Members: due by 7th August 2026.

Attendance and Voting

• Each Club is entitled to send two Delegates, one of whom shall act as their Voting Delegate.
• Delegates may attend in person or online.
• All attendees must RSVP by Wednesday, 2nd September 2026 to admin@tennisnorthland.org.nz
