When participating in coaching you agree to the following Coaching Terms as outlined below (Terms & Conditions and Waiver and Release from Liability).

Terms & Conditions

By paying you agree to the following T&Cs

1. TERM PROGRAMME LENGTH

Each term is an 8 week programme starting on the first week of the term. This allows for one or two weather postponements each term.

2. WEATHER

Lessons will always be on unless Daniel texts to let you know it has been postponed.  Lessons will be rescheduled if postponed.

3. RACKETS

Rackets can be borrowed if needed from Daniel.

4. DISCOUNTS

Rackets can be purchased at a discounted rate from Daniel.

5. LATE CANCELLATION FEE

There is a $20 cancellation fee per enrolled student for late cancellations (anytime from 2 weeks before programme begins). This is to cover administrative costs and also because it is typically too late to replace your spot, which your booking has reserved.

6. Private lessons

At least 24 hours notice must be given for cancellations. Less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% and no-shows will be charged in full.

7. Medical & Liability

I hereby authorise Daniel and his team of coaches to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention. I release Daniel Millward Coaching from any liability for injury or illness and costs incurred from a lesson.

8. Payment due by the start date of the programme enrolled in

Coaching fees are payable directly to Daniel.
Payment can be made in cash or via online banking to Daniel Millward.

Waiver and Release from Liability

I acknowledge that the participant(s) I am enrolling are physically capable of participating in this tennis coaching programme and have no known health restrictions that might jeopardise their safety or health or the safety or health of others during their participation. I acknowledge the risks of playing tennis and I hereby release and waive Daniel Millward and his assistant coaches from liability, to the extent permitted by law. I hereby consent that the participants I am enrolling will abide by all applicable rules to ensure a safe environment is maintained. I give consent to the rendering of emergency first aid and/or medical procedures, which at the time of injury or illness seems reasonably advisable.
