Thinking about becoming a member?
Social
Why not come down to our popular club night? Club night takes place every Thursday throughout the year from 7pm. This is a great chance for you to meet other members, get a feel for the club, have a drink in the bar and meet others who you might arrange a game with. We also have a Women’s Club Night on Fridays from 7-9pm.
We hold some very popular Team Challenge events. These are advertised to members as they happen and anyone can take part. Due to past popularity this is now a weekly event on Tuesdays from 6.30pm.
We also run a popular club ladder throughout the year enabling members to have matches against a range of other members with incentive to play well in order to climb the "ladder".
Interclub
Browns Bay have a strong contingent taking part in the year-round Interclub competition organised by Squash Auckland. Getting involved is easy. If you have done it before then you will have a grading, if not then you will need to be graded with one of our team here at the club. Just ask!
Our Squash Vice President Phil Cauty, and/or Men’s Squash Club Captain Duncan Gibbons and Women’s Squash Club Captain Fiona Cooper will be able to answer all of your questions.
