90 minute sessions aimed at young players committed to improving their game. Players may not be strong enough to compete with the older players in the evening squad, but they should be able to demonstrate the ability to rally effectively with a coach, and be able to complete a basic serving action.

These sessions will allow for some technical development and plenty of time to develop rallying ability and competitive point play.
