CommunityFit is a series of activities that combine fitness wellbeing and tennis. Tennis is truly a lifelong sport, core fundamentals can be introduced at a very early age, and the game can be enjoyed well into retirement.
We haven't scheduled dates or times yet. Please let us know of your interest, and we will schedule sessions based on demand.
PlayBreak - a chance for you and your preschooler (3 & 4 years) to take a break together. We will work with your child to build confidence in fundamental movements and motor skills, including basic tennis skills, while you can get a sweat up following our exercise circuit on the next court.
FitBreak - designed for those working from home who want to take a break for 60 minutes? Thirty minutes of strength based fitness followed by thirty minutes of cardio based work, swinging tennis racquets (we will adapt to differing skill levels). Do as much or as little as you want.
ReviveBreak - bored at home, not as active as you used to be? We have the solution for you. Functional conditioning, strength and stability based on you current abilities, followed up with some light cardio hitting on the tennis court. A great way to get out, get moving and socialise.
