The Midweek section of KUTC held its Christmas wind-up  on the morning of Thursday 14 December.   Events of the morning included a fun tournament played in a light breeze (won by Denise Meuli), raffles, best Christmas costume competition (won by Debz Bognar with her Christmas angel outfit complete with wings) and a feast of the "bring a plate"  contents with bubbly or orange juice for those who wanted it.      

Gay Monk (life member) ran the fun tournament and presented the prizes to the winners and runners-up of the tournament and Christmas costume competition.    Raffle winners were Kevin Wilson, Colleen Finnegan and Peter Browne.   

It is remarkable but somewhat gratifying is that at the end of the morning there were four empty bottles of non-alcoholic bubbly and one of alcoholic bubbly!    

Altogether a good morning and a pleasant wind-up, not that the Midweek Tuesday and Thursday morning sessions will cease over the holiday period for those remaining in town and wanting a hit.
