Terms and Conditions of Membership

The Club's Executive Committee is elected each year at the Club's Annual General Meeting and is authorised by the Club's Constitution  to issue bylaws that must be observed and obeyed by the Club's members.   In this context, the Club's Executive Committee has formulated and issued Terms and Conditions of Membership that are incumbent on the Club's members.   These Terms and Conditions may be found here .

Constitution 

The Club is an incorporated society and was reregistered under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 on 20 October 2025.  A new constitution was adopted by the 2025 Annual General Meeting and can be found here.

Performance Report

The Club issues a  Performance Report each year that sets out the financial results for its financial year ending 31 May, together with comments on the financial results.    The Performance Report for the year ending 31 May 2025 may be found here.
