- Regular club sessions and social events

Karori United has three main membership sections. We have our junior members who are regularly involved in the extensive coaching programmes run by Capital Coaching at the club, and make up a large proportion of the junior interclub teams in the Wellington region. Our Midweek section is very active regular club sessions and activities for parents wanting to get back into tennis, as well as having a number of interclub teams. The rest of the Club comprises our Senior members, who participate in regular club sessions as well as competitive interclub teams. Further details can be found under Sections in this website.
Details of how to join the club, the current subscriptions and fees and how to pay are provided in Membership Info.
Court bookings may be made by members via Booking on this website. Unless booked already for coaching, club sessions, interclub match ties or club tournaments, our courts are available for booking by members using the ClubSpark on-line booking system. A log-in with password is required before booking is possible.
Because our large membership puts pressure on court availability, we ask that when members book courts, they limit the booking to one hour at a time. We don't encourage casual use of the courts without prior booking and all court bookings have priority over casual play.
Depending on availability, the courts can be used at night. The courts have floodlights that can be turned on at the switchboard inside the front door of the clubhouse.
Please note that the lights have an automatic cut-off of 10pm – a condition of the resource consent for the use of the lights.
Access to the courts and clubhouse is by key. You can get a key from Glenda van Drimmelen-Craven ($10 refundable deposit).
