Senior Membership and Club Sessions
There are regular club days and club nights all year round. Club days are held on Saturday afternoons from 1.30pm onwards, (sometimes transferred to Sunday afternoons in the summer to permit home Saturday afternoon interclub matches) while club nights run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7.30pm-10pm.
Generally on club days and nights we play doubles and swap around after games about 20 minutes of play. The tennis is of a good level but also very social. The senior players take turns being on “duty” at these times. These club days/nights are open to all senior members as well as juniors who are playing senior interclub.
Midweek members are also welcome to come along and see if they would like to play in these sessions but to do so regularly does require you to be a senior member.
In addition, there are several other events and social activities that take place during the year, including the Senior Club Championships, and the Over 40s Tournament, which is a lot of fun. On a few occasions, the club hires indoor courts at the Wellington Renouf Tennis Centre on a Sunday afternoon for a change in venue and a social occasion for both Senior and Midweek members.
Senior Interclub
Over the summer, the club enters several teams, men’s, women’s and mixed, in the local interclub competitions run by the Tennis Central Region. These include Premier competitions for better competitive players that run on Saturday afternoons and Tecnifibre competitions catering for all other players wishing to compete against other clubs that run on Saturday mornings and some evenings.

The 2022/23 Pre-Christmas competitions are scheduled to commence on dates to be yet advised.
An interclub competition, Frampton Winter Interclub League, is also played over the winter months in mixed grades that play ties on every second Sunday afternoon.
There is also a separate winter interclub competition run by Hutt Valley Tennis Association. For further information on the HVTA competition click here. This is available to juniors and seniors and graded.
Senior Club Championships
The club holds Senior Club Championships annually in April.
Honours Board
The Club Championships have been held for a number of years and we have a record of the winners of all five events – Men’s Singles, Women’s Singles, Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles and Mixed Doubles.
Over 40s Club Tournament
The Over 40s Tournament is normally held after the club's Open Championships and is a doubles only tournament.
