Hot Shots Junior Tennis is a programme for children, designed to make the game easier and more enjoyable while they learn. The focus is on developing skills, confidence, movement and enjoyment not just formal match play.
The programme generally progresses through colour stages:
- Red: usually ages 5–8; small court and red balls
- Orange: usually ages 8–10; three-quarter court and orange balls
- Green: usually ages 9–11; full court and green balls
