Peter Blow
Peter is a vastly experienced coach with a highly decorated career, having earned numerous awards and accolades over the years. His enthusiasm for tennis remains as contagious today as when he first began his coaching journey. Let Peter ignite your love for tennis.

Career highlights & achievements
- 1991 – Began full-time coaching across multiple clubs: Pukekohe Tennis Centre, Papakura, Manurewa, Clevedon, Thames, Pukekohe East, Sunnyside, Hunua, and Manukau Tennis Centre (Auckland Squad Coach).
- 1993–1996 – Coached Thames Valley and Counties representative squads, Waikato/Manukau teams event squads, and Western Bay squads in Rotorua.
- 1995 – Head Coach at Papatoetoe Tennis Club; also coached and played a season in Germany.
- 1995–2008 – Head Pro at Manukau Tennis Centre. Organised Auckland tennis squads, developed coaching plans, ran the Pro Shop, and administered the Centre for Auckland Tennis.
- 1995–Present – Auckland Teams Event Coach. Winner of eight national teams event gold medals. Coached over 20 national champions in Singles and Doubles across 12s, 14s, 16s, and 18s age groups.
- 2000 – Travelling coach for Tennis New Zealand, leading national teams (12s–18s) to three Australian national titles.
- World Junior Tennis – Three-time NZ team coach; qualified for the World Group in the Czech Republic.
- 2009 – Coach for both the World Junior Tennis and Junior Fed Cup teams.
- Caro Bowl – Competed for eight years in New Zealand’s premier competition.
- National Masters Champion – Titles in 2006, 2007, and 2008.
- 2003–2006 – National Selector for 12s and 14s; later appointed National Girls Selector for all age groups (currently serving).
- 2003–2008 – Presented coach education for Level 0–2 coaches with Tennis New Zealand. Twice awarded Prime Minister’s Scholarships.
- International Development – Participated in national coaching programs in Melbourne (2003) and trained at the Bollettieri Tennis Academy in Florida (2006).
- 2007–2009 – Founded Auckland High Performance Tennis Academy at Blockhouse Bay Tennis Club; later moved to Scarbro Tennis Park and rebranded as Complete Tennis Inc.
- Scholarship Success – Placed 12 players in full scholarships at U.S. universities.
- 2014 – Named WBOP Coach of the Year and Regional High Performance Coach of the Year.
- 2023 – Named WBOP Coach of the Year
- 2024 – Named WBOP Coach of the Year
